Housed in a compact stompbox format, the MicroBlock 45 from Quilter is a miniature amplifier designed for any guitar or bass player with enough power to use for rehearsals and small club gigs, and capable of driving speakers at 4 to 16 ohms. The unit features controls for Gain, Tri-Q, and Master, allowing for flexible tone shifting. The gain goes from clean to soaring to overdrive, while the Tri-Q creates a Blackface chime, scooped mids, or a roaring lead boost. The master volume control allows you to play at lower volumes without changing the tone or overdrive. The MicroBlock 45 also includes an 1/8″ stereo input for accepting a line-level signal and an 1/8″ output for connecting to headphones or for recording. The 1/4″ input is compatible with any instrument-level signal, while the 1/4″ speaker output can power any size speaker cabinet, even a 4×12. The MicroBlock 45 ships with a 72W, 24 VDC power supply.
