For sale is a custom-built square neck resonator neck built by Japanese woodcraft specialist Keith Mesirow in November of 2008. Originally built as a replacement for a National-style square neck resonator. Beautiful birdseye maple fingerboard and headstock cap over mahogany. Vintage-style Waverly tuners, medium fret wire, and a sort of antique-oil finish. Inlaid with the Mesirow’s “Mezz” logo at the headstock, dotted triangle at the 12th fret, black dots on the rest of the frets. Total neck length of 18.75″; 1.73″ nut width down to 2.30″ at the base of the neck; neck depth of 2.05″ until the neck joint where the depth is .98″. In good overall condition, never installed, but with plenty of dings/impressions throughout from being in storage, some imperfections in the finish. A wonderful, hand-made piece from an artisan that will be a wonderful addition to your project!
